She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Geske, her daughter, Mary Geske, her parents, Frank and Etta King, all of her 6 siblings: Janie (Douglas) Sullivan, Katty Eldredge, Helen (Jerry) Pelischek, George King, Mary Jo Eldredge, and Carole Weninger, in-laws Robert (Rita) Geske, Jack Holloway, and LaVerne (Bob) Sadowski, nephews Tom Sullivan and Kevin Weninger, niece Lori Holloway Hammel, and many wonderful friends.Īllie was a member of Holy Family Parish and Lumen Christi Parish. She is also survived by 4 in-laws: Ed Eldredge, Joan King, Leroy Weninger, and Lorraine Holloway many loving nieces and nephews, and wonderful friends. She loved playing bridge with her many dear friends.Īllie is survived by two of her children, Patty (Ray) Schultz and Rick (Theresa) Geske a son-in-law Mike Clancy (Karen Bivona) grandchildren, Mike (Nikki) Sharon Schultz, Rick Geske, Amanda Geske(Andrew Winistorfer), Patrick Clancy Geske and his brothers Max Bivona and Nico Bivona and 2 great-grandchildren, Ollie and Evie Sharon Schultz. In addition to gathering in the Milwaukee area there were vacations in Orange Beach, AL Cape Mae, NJ Minoqua, WI and more including a family celebration of her 80th birthday on an Alaskan Cruise. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels and the St. Mark's Nursery School, just off Downer Avenue, in Milwaukee from 1961-1984.Īllie was proudly 100% Irish and the highlight of King Family Reunions was Allie and her siblings singing "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling". Allie taught in Appleton, South Milwaukee, and Glendale before becoming a teacher at and the director of St. After graduating from Chilton High School, she moved to Milwaukee to attend State Teachers' College where she was a member of Phi Chi sorority, earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and met her future husband, Richard (Dick) Geske. Allie was born Januon the King family farm in the township of Rantoul outside of Chilton, WI to Frank and Etta King. Survivors include his wife Rita, two children Greg (Kris) Rausch of Mequon and Michelle (Philip) Neary of Cedarburg, five grandchildren, one brother William (Pat) Rausch of Thiensville and one sister Rosemary Schorse of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. He was a member of Lumen Christi Catholic Church in Mequon and a 57 year member of the Thiensville Volunteer Fire Department.
